Little Birthday Girl

We had a birthday celebration of a little girl whose name is Anuska daughter of Major Siddarth. She just turned 2 years old. Had a little cake cutting ceremony as well. But i think her parents had a lot more fun than herself. They had the pleasure of having a perfect candlelight dinner, a very good evening i must say.

SILK ROUTE VILLAGE WALKS

Sometime last summer a young group of photographers had come to our retreat. We had taken them for one of our village walks. This walk we took only lasted about 2 hrs but left our friends swearing that this was one of the most beautiful places that they had ever encountered. Personally i think that they found a lot of subjects to photograph. Terraced fields, village life, beautiful paved pathways through a jungle are some of the things that you would encounter in this walk and it starts right from the retreat. Here are a few pics of that trip.
